Description
Features :
Performs Multi-function: Scaling, perio and endo.
Optical handpiece, more convenient for clinical operation.
The handpiece is detachable and can be autoclaved to 135℃ and 0.22MPa.
The handpiece is cast from Titanium alloy to ensure sound mechanical function and durability.
The cable is made from silica gel tube which is soft and durable.
The scaling tip is made of special material. The cavitation produced at the end of scaling tip helps in easy cleaning of the teeth.
It Eliminates dental calculus, bacterial plaque and tea stains on the teeth quickly without hurting the gum or the enamel.
Automatic frequency tracking ensures that the machine always works on the best frequency and performs functions more steadily.
Digitally controlled, easy operation and more efficient in scaling.
Compatible with EMS, you could connect your EMS handpiece with this control box, and you could also connect this Woodpecker UDS handpiece with EMS control box.
CE and FDA certificated.

Ensure the power supply input is within the range of 220-240V~ 50Hz/60Hz 150mA.
Connect the main unit input to a 24V~ 50Hz/60Hz 1.3A power source.
Attach the handpiece securely and ensure it is detachable for sterilization.
Before each treatment, sterilize the handpiece, scaling tip, torque wrench, endo wrench, and endochuck using recommended autoclaving methods.
Install the scaling tip by holding the handpiece and turning the tip in the specified direction using the torque wrench.
After each treatment, sterilize the handpiece separately, ensuring the scaling tip and endo chuckare unscrewed.
Allow the handpiece to cool naturally before the next use to prevent scalding.
Maintain a continuous water flow during operation to keep the scaling tip cool and efficient.
Operate the scaler in continuous mode, adjusting the power gradually according to treatment needs.
Follow proper sterilization protocols, including using sterile gauze or bags for packaging the handpiece, and avoid forbidden sterilization methods such as boiling or using disinfectors like iodine or alcohol.
Regularly check the handpiece for any damage or wear, lubricate the “O” rings with dental lube, and keep the connector and cable socket dry.
Prioritize cleanliness by cleaning the scaler before and after each operation to ensure optimal performance and infection control.
